The bill (Reg. No. 10404) amends the laws "On Banks and Bank Operations", "On Financial Services and State Regulation of Financial Services Markets", "On Insurance", "On Securities and Stock Market" and several others to harmonize the use of the names of commissions in charge of state regulation of securities and financial services markets the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market and the National Commission in charge of state regulation of financial services markets.
It was stressed that implementation of the provisions of the bill will allow for harmonizing the use of the names of commissions in charge of regulation of natural monopolies in the sphere of communication and informatization of securities and financial services markets.
